Hello Michelle. If memory serves the transfer bus starts running at 9am and goes until about 1pm. As I recall they board buses on a first come, first serve basis and the bus departs when it's full. The morning started off with 2 or 3 buses ready to go. We are early birds so we made sure to be in line to make the first bus so we could start or Disney experience as quickly as possible. These transfers are popular with about 1 in 8 cruisers on any particular sailing using this option so the waiting area can get full for those that like to sleep in. However, if staying at the airport Hyatt your bags can be transferred seamlessly. In normal conditions, I'd highly recommend this option, It's $69 pp round trip. However, If I were going in the next few months I'd probably Uber.

Hi Marcia. Thanks for watching! :) I find the home scale to be a bit downer when we return from a cruise-we don't need that kind of pressure on the ship. We are aware that the average cruiser puts on something like 6lbs over a week-long cruise...no need for reminders while it's happening-eat, laugh, and be merry! Worry about the calories later. We loved the Haven. Our cabin was a couple of decks below, but that wasn't a big deal. We spent most of our time hanging in the Haven Bar and pool. We barely ventured out into the rest of the ship. I have no doubt that you will receive the same great service. We had originally booked one of those rooms but decided to go for the thermal suite. We've had cruises in which we used the spa often and others, like this one, not so much. We were just too busy enjoying the cocktails being created by the Haven mixologist. There are drinks available there you can not get anywhere else on the ship. We loved it. Happy Cruising!

You both share our cruising philosophy to a T !!! It's funny, I rarely gain weight on a cruise because I am a swimmer girl and my husband has the metabolic rate of a hummingbird dang the man LOL ! Once I return home I put on the poundage as I am parked behind my keyboard on my ever-spreading bottom as I arm-chair travel for our next adventure ! OK now the Haven on NCL - you have helped us a lot with your feedback. I have no doubt we will meet up with your mixologist and we shall love that Haven area - especially that huge glassed in lounge area ! I chose that aft wrap Haven room partially because I felt we would never venture out of the Haven Enclave unless we booked a room far far away LOL ! Also we will enjoy seeing all the many venues by walking to and fro. My husband and I are really looking forward to those water slides too - especially the free fall. This is our first water park cruise ship to date. And we've been on 28 cruises so it's about time ! Quick tip: we're on the April 19th 2020 5 night pacific coastal on the NCL Joy. Check out how LOW as in all caps the rates are for Haven suites. Unprecedented !!! You can bet we rushed right onto NCL.com and looked at that cruise. That price was fantastic! Wow! Too bad traveling for work that week :(. I hope that kind of deal comes around again. We'd do that cruise in a heartbeat! No, that I am depressed I should go book a cruise. We are looking for something in early May... May take a chance this time and book a last-minute with vacations to go - we usually use Costco. Happy Cruising!

We've had more noise issues from the deck above us or from adjoining balconies than the adjoining rooms-but occasionally you'll hear something. But, I wouldn't say that there is more noise it's all about how respectful your neighbors are. We are just days away from our first oceanview cabin - stay tuned. Ali likes her balcony. Thanks for your detailed answer. Why the cruise lines don't put in sold wood double doors with snugger fittings between cabins is beyond me. And I agree with you re. noise issues with veranda's. I love my verandas but it seems my hubby and I get Mr. and Ms. Megaphone Mouths next to us every time we cruise LOL ! It's all about respecting each others privacy and space. Any who ! If you and your wife ever cruise with Princess or Holland America, I can recommend to you some real private and larger than usual veranda's - same price as the regular veranda's. I study those deck plans like a hawk and then I also pull up images of the ship to verify size visually, and for the most part, the neatest verandas are end ones - only 1 neighbor, and sometimes you get extra space as the veranda extends into the ships hull. And so ! You two are trying out an Ocean View cabin and you will enjoy them as they are quieter and you can sometimes hear the wish-wash of the seas... and spray on your window too depending upon how low you are. ANY cabin on ANY ship as long as your cruising is FAB u LOUS !Enjoy your cruise and happy life happy travels ! marcia

Hi Emma. We have used the card to order a cappuccino or cafe latte with dessert. So you should be able to. We have found that not all ships approach this card the same. As an example some ships will give you a large for one punch while others will give you a small and do a double punch for a medium, etc. But as far as dinner the card does not say (unless they changed it) that it is limited to Cafe Latitude or Cafe Promenade. Positive Lattitude okay thank you so much! So excited about this card because I am an avid coffee drinker and I heard the regular coffee on board is not that great so the premium coffee sounds like the way to go!☕️

Thanks for watching. I believe you are all set and can certainly cruise with your photo government ID and birth certificate. We have never needed our passports to go ashore in the Caribbean. A passport would be needed if something happened that required you to fly home, so it is more like insurance. Happy cruising!

from airport to cruise terminal it is between 45 and 50 minutes. Not too bad as excitement levels are high! Happy cruising.

Hi Keli, No you wouldn't need the Cafe Select Card with any drink package that includes premium coffees. We learned long ago that we don't drink enough to make the alcoholic packages worth it (usually) and just buy our drinks, but we still want a good deal on our coffee addiction. Happy Cruising!

Hi, and thanks for watching. We did not have any problems on this cruise from overhead noise, just keep in mind it is all about the rooms location under lido. We've been on other cruises immediately under a crew door, buffett, or sunlounger portion of lido and had a lot of noice from furniture and equipment being moved. We've never had an issue with the volume of voices or music, Hope this is helpful. Happy Cruising.

@@PositiveLattitude Thanks for reply. I just chickened and booked a deck 9 cabin a week ago. definitely have had our share of noisy cabins. Some have even been balconies.

Oh forgot, we have done nearly 30 cruises.

The noisy cabins can be painful. One of the surprises was a cabin under the Windjammer. Cart wheels on tile floor ALL NIGHT LONG.... but we were still on a cruise! What was your favorite cruise? We are about to head out on our 22nd... so still newbies compared to many. Happy cruising!

@@PositiveLattitude Have been on several good cruises. Then some that were bad. The bad sometimes was the ship. Then sometimes the crew. A few years back had a noisy one where the ship was updated. Some knucklehead took out the carpet in buffet seating area, and replaced it with rough surface tile. We were 2 decks below and heard that chair scraping nearly all the time. If it was not passengers, then it was the cleanup crew. The noise would travel through the steel, and actually come in via the balcony. Our cabin was just barely under the buffet entry. The hotel director admitted Miami HQ made a mistake on that one. He was looking for pads to attach to the chairs. Have a good cruise.

At one point we considered going to Part City and getting something for a lot less money, but then we’d missed the moment we walk into the room. It’s a little bit like how a sandwich always tastes better when someone else makes it. Happy Cruising!.

AnchorsAway ...hey yes I had good time I am on my way to back home everything was good but I felt this ship was not that big and not many activities for kids and food they was repeating a lot but still we had good time there shows in stardust theater was good and games shows for adult was good like best couple and deal or no deal I really had fun playing that and bingo was good so overall it was good not bad but I wish they have more activities for kids and they should do something about there food menu ..

Hi. I was late getting those videos posted. That cruise was early last year, sad to hear they’ve changed that. It was a nice touch.

Hi Etel. I think Disney provides and amazing experience for children and the inner child in each of us. We had so much fun on this cruise and would cruise on Disney again. The service, food, and entertainment were amazing. The ship has loads of adult-only areas to enjoy. It is easy to get away from the crowds by hanging in those areas, which isn't really an option on other cruise lines. If you get a chance give it a shot you won't regret it. Happy Cruising!

Hi. For us having a balcony is worth it most of the time, because it gives us a private outdoor space in which to drink way too much wine. :) That said, when we go back on the Sky an inside room is something we'd seriously consider because we didn't spend much time in the room there was just too much fun to be had elsewhere. We booked a year ago and can’t believe it’s coming so quickly. We got an amazing deal so that helps make up our mind. Airfare was not such a deal 😒. But I loved getting to see the ship some more through your videos. Very pleasant and funny 😄

That was in the main dining room. For that cruise we're headed traditional seating. Our waiter was among the best we've ever had. Happy cruising!

It was really funny, but awkward all at the same time, even though he's in his 20's. Afterward they play the contest on the TV all the time. He became very popular around the ship. It really made his cruise.

We had a great time on the Independence. I'd recommend the ship. It took us about 4 cruises to settle into the things that are different from Princess. Its all what you get used to. Anytime we are at sea (and not at work 😉) is a great day!

On a cruise it’s amusing. When he lived at home...... It was frightening.

Hi Tara. Yes, we had no problem on any of our cruises in sharing the punches. We started buying one card to share and then determine if it made sense to buy a second card later. When we first started ww bougt a card for each of us and had trouble using all of the punches. Hope this helps. Happy Cruising!
